Given that it is one of the specialities of the area we had to try it. The small restaurant always seems to have a wait but it is worth it. The only negatives would be the language barrier if you are an English speaker and it is a bit chilly inside with a rush of cold air every time someone leaves the restaurant.

#My Adventures in Fuzhou The cliff carvings are located in Fuzhou City, Fujian Province, and are also one of the scenic spots in Gushan. According to records, there are 180 cliff carvings in Gushan, and it is estimated that there are no less than 300 stone carvings on the entire mountain. Among them, the famous one is the word "Shou" carved on the stone wall under the Drinking Water Rock. The diameter of the character is 4 meters. It was written by Zhu Xi, a famous calligrapher in the Southern Song Dynasty. Looking at the Gushan stone carvings, from the Northern Song Dynasty to the Qing Dynasty and even the present, it has lasted for nearly a thousand years. It is rich in content, with all kinds of fonts such as seal, official, running, cursive, and regular script. Good coffee and friendly staff. They have an English menu and the staff speak English. Average rating as only 2 of the 3 of us wanted to order food and the cafe required all 3 of us to order food before we could sit in the cafe. Not busy either. Unusual policy.
